**CLOSE** Compared to last week feeder steers under 525 lbs. sold 35.00-60.00 higher. Heavier weights sold 10.00-20.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs. sold 15.00-40.00 higher. Heavier weights sold 5.00-15.00 higher. Supply was heavy with very good demand. Today's auction included a yearling special with well over 4,000 head of these cattle. Light weight steer calves were in extremely high demand selling as high as 670.00/cwt.. The largest lot of the day was 269 head of steers weighing 852 lbs. which sold for 341.00/cwt.. 13,166 head of feeder cattle crossed the scales in 15.5 hours.
